This document covers Animal Gem Park on iOS and Paw Gem Garden on Android, together called the “Games”. Animal Gem Park is published by LYNZEE NICOLE SIMPSON, as identified in its App Store listing. Paw Gem Garden is an Android product in development; availability and publisher details will be stated in its store listing when released. The publisher of each Game is responsible for its operation and personal-data processing. Both Games use animalgem.com and the support and privacy contact lynzee930@gmail.com. The platform and product name shown in your installation identify which Game you use.
Terms of Service
1. Use of the Game
These terms apply to the Game identified above and its supplied content. You may use the Game for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, obtain the necessary parent or guardian authorization. Statutory consumer rights are not waived.
The publisher and its licensors retain their rights in the Game and its artwork, software and media. Saving an image or video through an offered export function permits personal use; it does not transfer copyright or authorize commercial redistribution. Do not interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, falsify purchases or use tools to obtain unauthorized rewards. Restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law.
2. Internet access and local progress
The Game requires successful online configuration and content loading to start. If loading fails, use the provided retry option when a connection is available. Availability can be affected by network conditions and service maintenance.
Progress and consumable balances are device-local. Changing devices, deleting app data or uninstalling can remove progress, unspent consumables and reward-claim history. The Game does not promise cloud progress restoration or restoration of unclaimed consumable cycle rewards after reinstall. This does not limit restoration of purchases supported by the relevant store or rights under applicable law.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Prices and currencies shown by the relevant store's purchase confirmation govern the transaction. Virtual currencies, boosters and rewards are for use within the Game and are not bank deposits or redeemable cash. Buy only through the supported in-app purchase flow and authorize purchases through your store account.
Consumables can be used or spent. Non-consumable purchases grant the described lasting entitlement. Auto-renewing subscriptions provide the stated benefits during the active subscription period. A limited-duration consumable bundle or reward track is not automatically a subscription; the purchase description and store product type determine its behavior. Claim schedules and expiry conditions are shown in the Game.
4. Platform billing, cancellation and restoration
iOS: App Store handles billing. Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your Apple account's subscription settings before renewal. The Game's Restore Purchases control requests restoration of store-supported purchases and verifies the resulting entitlements. It does not recreate spent consumables or local gameplay/claim records. Refund requests are handled through Apple's process and applicable law.
Android: Google Play handles billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Purchase queries and verification can restore supported owned entitlements; they do not reconstruct spent consumables or deleted local progress. Refund requests follow Google Play's process and applicable law.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not itself delete the app. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Permanent membership is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing plan. No blanket promise of refunds or blanket exclusion of statutory refunds is made. Family Sharing is available only where the actual store product and store account settings support it; it is not a general entitlement promised by these terms.
5. Ads, changes and support
The Game may display ads and offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards depend on completion and confirmation under the displayed rules. Purchased ad-removal benefits apply to the ad categories stated in their description and do not automatically remove optional rewarded ads.
The publisher may update content, balance or compatibility, subject to purchased entitlements and applicable law. Service restrictions for misuse should be proportionate. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer remedies. For technical, purchase or privacy inquiries, email lynzee930@gmail.com.
