These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Animal Gem Park offers in-app purchases and subscriptions that enhance your gaming experience. This section explains how these purchases work.
Types of Purchases
Animal Gem Park offers the following types of in-app purchases:
- Consumable Items: These are one-time use items such as gems, coins, or power-ups that are used in the game and can be purchased again.
- Non-Consumable Items: These are permanent items such as character skins or game areas that are purchased once and remain available indefinitely.
- Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: These provide access to premium content or features for a specific period and automatically renew until canceled.
Payment and Billing
All payments for Animal Gem Park in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By confirming a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable amount to your Apple ID account.
Prices are displayed in your local currency (if available) and are subject to change without notice.
Subscription Terms
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID account settings. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.
Refunds are generally not provided for in-app purchases. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact Apple Support.
Family Sharing
Animal Gem Park supports Family Sharing for non-consumable in-app purchases and subscriptions. This allows up to six family members to share eligible purchases when Family Sharing is enabled.
Restoration of Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your previous in-app purchases at no additional cost. To restore purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
